Update Issue

Hi there, 
I have a lifetime license of brizy pro and am having problems with several sites upgrading to newer versions of the plugin. I get a lot of incompatibility plugin error connected to editor.php. Despite having made a backup before upgrading, attempting to restore I still get errors with the inability to use brizy builder.
I need assistance in figuring out how to upgrade to the latest versions or am I forced to create the sites from scratch with Elementor...

  We apologize for the inconvenience you are having with the Brizy updates. Can you please let us know the current Brizy and Brizy Pro versions before updating?

  

  These are the most recent Brizy versions. When you update, please ensure you are updating to Brizy 2.4.18 and Brizy Pro 2.4.17. Sometimes WordPress fails to show an update notification for Brizy Pro. If you do not find an update notification to update to Brizy Pro 2.4.17, please delete Brizy Pro, download the latest Brizy Pro from your Brizy.io account and upload the ZIP file manually.

  Please let us know if this resolves the plugin incompatibility issue.
