Agency account question

If someone buys a subscription with my agency but hasn't actually logged in to create their account yet, will they not show in my client section until they have actually logged in and created their account? I currently don't see them as a client in my brizy client section, so I'm a bit confused how they can pay but not create an account. Anyone got any ideas?
