Unable to add elements on new page

I am unable to drag new elements to the page. How is this possible? I made a video of the problem:

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, the video you submitted is currently private, preventing us from viewing it.  Please update the access.

  Meanwhile, please also try the following and see if this will help.

  1. Try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this will resolve the issue.
  2. If switching themes, didn't help, also try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro, and see if this makes any difference.
  3. This could also occur if you have custom code embedded on a page which is causing a conflict. If this is the case, you can temporarily back up and remove the custom script and see if this helps.
