    We have been informed by our payment processor that transactions from customers in sanctioned countries or regions are automatically declined. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control at the moment.

    I suggest contacting a friend or relative who is not located in the sanctioned countries to renew your subscription.

    Thank you for your reply. 

    I understood the problem with payments from sanctioned countries. In 2019-2021 I was paying from a Russian bank, but the last payment (in November 2022) I paid Israel Discount Bank.

    I do not understand why my subscription was cancelled?

    Please give me a solution on how not to lose the projects I work with on Brizy Builder.

    Thank you for the update.  I'm sorry that you're having so much trouble with this issue.

    We have a solution for you.  The current email on your account is currently banned, so we suggest signing up using a new email address.
    In the checkout box, please fill out your details and hit the continue button. This will register the new email address into our system.  You don't need to fill out the payment details, and close the checkout box - https://prnt.sc/uZaKvsbzC8Kz

    To confirm that the email address is created, you can go to  https://www.brizy.io/account/login and go to Recover Password via Email, so you can log in to your new account.

    Once this is completed, please send us the new email address, so we can move your Pro subscription into your new account.

    I understood you correctly that after registering a new account, my projects in Brizy Cloud will be transferred to it and all the features at the Brizy PRO Personal ($ 49 per year) will be available to me, including:

    1. Brizy PRO Personal (3 licenses for WordPress)
    2. Brizy Cloud Personal

    Is it true that I will be able to work until November 28, 2023, and then I will be able to extend it for $49 for the next year?

    Hi Denis,

    Thank you for the update.

    All of your subscriptions under your old email account will be moved to the new account.
    You should be able to access all your projects. The expiration date is November  2023.

    You are currently on our older Brizy Pro Personal plan, which lets you make 3 websites with Brizy PRO features. This plan has been discontinued.
    When you renew your subscription in November, your bill will be the same as last year.

    You may have trouble renewing your account with this email address because of the domain name extension. I suggest using a different email address.

    Sorry, there was a misunderstanding on my part.  You should be able to access your current subscription with your email address, d****.k****n@gmail.com.

    However, before the expiration of your subscription, please consider using a different email address to make payments, you may also pay via PayPal at this email address – hello@brizy.io.

    In case you are unable to access your account with your current email address, please let us know.

    I have access to the Brizy PRO service until November 28, 2023, but I can't pay through Paddle.com to renew my subscription. I have to get your invoice to pay for the subscription. Is this correct?

    When will you send me the invoice and how can I pay it? What are the payment options (PayPal and others...)?

    For now, we only use Paddle and PayPal as payment processors.

    Please subscribe to a new personal package on our website and select Stripe as your payment method. You should encounter no restrictions when using this payment method. Subscribing to a new plan should not impact your existing active website.
