Refund Request
Hello, I would like to request a refund . I have been using Brizy pro for little over two week and just not exactly what I was fully expecting. I am more than happy to provide feedback when asked. The product was purchased on November 1 which still falls within the 30 day money back.

I'm sorry to hear that you've decided to cancel your subscription.
Here's how you can go about it:
1. Sign in to your account dashboard.
2. Hit the "Account" tab.
3. Choose "Payments" from the dropdown menu.
4. Go all the way down the page.
5. There, you'll see an option to "Request Cancellation", here is a screenshot - https://i.imgur.com/FrvE27T.png
6. A box will pop up where you can leave your feedback.If you have any further questions, please let us know.

I did the exact steps but I can’t find a request cancellation button.
