Domain is still not connected after 48 hours

Hi, I've waited 48 hours and still my domain is not connected.

Could you please help? 48 hours is way too long to have something activated.

I have tried to remove the domain and link it again but still it doesn't work.

Please see attached the screenshots.

  Hi Matthew,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We've identified an issue with your CNAME record- https://prnt.sc/MaEzPqcK6CBr. It's not resolving properly.
  The DNS records in your screenshot appear to be correct, so I assume that you have set this up in your hosting control panel's domain manager instead of your Domain Registrar's DNS Manager.
