Custom Domain

Hi,

I upgraded to be able to have a custom domain for my landing page but it still won't let me do it and has the "upgrade" button when I try to do the custom domain option.

I need to get it on a custom domain ASAP.  Please Advise.

  Hi Kurtis,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The Personal Cloud subscription plan you selected enables the development of one project using Pro features and unlimited projects using Free features.

  To upgrade a Free project to Pro, you can choose the 'Activate' option in your Brizy Cloud Dashboard. After this, please try adding a custom domain.

  

  To downgrade a Pro project to Free, select the 'Downgrade' option.

  

  Please ensure you look for the labels 'Pro' and 'Free' on your projects. For instance, in your account, Project #2 is identified as a Pro project, allowing you to use Pro features. 

  Please try this and let me know how it goes.
