Cancellation & Refund
Just purchased the agency plan. Having nothing but problems right away, even editing your starter template was a mess. I need to cancel and get a refund.

I didn't realize there was a response in here. I still have not received a refund. Look the ONLY reason I bought the app in the first place was to save me time. And more importantly allow my users to get a wonderful experience. I am a long-time wordpress developer and have for years built themes, very in depth, usable themes that require a ton of work and upkeep. I much prefer to spend my time doing marketing, not dev. As soon as I upgraded to your white label plan I tore right into the app and ran a setup. And much to my dismay, each of the 3 "starter templates", that are the reason most people upgrade, the same thing happened each time. As soon as I put the logo in, the header literally came apart. To the poinnt that it extended above and behind the window and the editor. The themes just arent built very well. And of course I was super disappointed because I thought it was going to be a good move. Ultimately, I've since tried Astra, Spectra and Kadence... and though they aren't prefect they are both doing phenomenal work.
Please issue my refund asap now that I've devoted my time once again to this.
