Cannot edit menu

I cannot see 'Appearance' and thus not editing anything in 'Menus'. I have a PRO version and I am using SEO Agency template for my website. So there is a standard menu added to the website. I already did watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qY7xjLbyr2I

  Hi Annoeska,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You might be using one of the new WordPress default themes, which is why the Menu tab is missing from Appearance.  It's also possible that the menu option has simply been relocated or renamed. Sometimes, theme developers will customize the WordPress dashboard to better suit their themes.

  Please try using one of the themes suggested on this link and see if this fixes the issue.

  I am using a template via Brizy which is called: SEO Agency. Which is a template for only the PRO version. 

  Which name could the menu be, I looked at all options available and can't find it.

  And if I change my theme, to one of the themes you suggest in the link. Does that mean that all my pages will be different? Should I make a back-up to restore the website?

  Hi Annoeska,

  It's not a guarantee that the layout will look the same on all pages, especially if some pages use features from your current theme.
  However, I want to assure you that your data will remain intact during this process.
  You can try each of the themes to see which one works best for your website.
