My account password

I've tried several times to now to reset my password and everytime I do it, it's not accepted?  If it's not accepted, then I'm confused as there isn't any type of notification that tells you the password has been accepted? 

Please help

  Please attempt to follow the same process to change the password and let us know how it goes.
