1) My first issue is, I've set up a new password with my email and for whatever reason, Brizy is not updating the information?

2) I've paid for an annual pro plan and yet when I go to make edits on my page or landing page, there are locked options for pro plans and I cannot use the functions as Brizy doesn't recognize that I have paid for the pro plan? 

 

I need help here

  Hi Michael,

  1. Are you attempting to reset your Brizy.io account password using the 'RECOVER PASSWORD VIA EMAIL' option? I could reset my password following this approach. If not, how else are you trying it?

  

  2. You plan 'Freelancer Cloud' allows you to have 5 Pro projects and unlimited Free projects. You can identify if a project has Free features or Pro by looking at the label on the project thumbnail. For instance, this is a Free project.

  

  You can upgrade a Free project to Pro by clicking on the 'Activate' option in your project thumbnail. 

  

  You can downgrade a Pro project by clicking on the 'Downgrade' option
