Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.The likely cause of this issue is due to a conflict. The console errors are associated with errors related to LiteSpeed Cache and the chat script used on your website, as seen here: https://prnt.sc/U-9xJFrwDj4w
To further troubleshoot this issue. Please try to temporarily disable LiteSpeed Cache, and all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro. Also, try to remove the chat script or plugin and see if this will make any difference.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

I already tried, and it's the same problem. It worked well for a long time (although sometimes very slow after purge the cache), but just got issue earlier today.

Now I found it will ask to load css in folder 142-wp, but in my server it's 143-wp. I manually copy that folder to 142-wp, the pages show well, but loading slow problem still existed (loading for 1.2minutes). And seems compile got error from your compile server. Can you please help to troubleshoot for me?
I also use the brizy pro for some other sites, and it seems only one had same problem for a while and then works well at present.

hmm... strange... it works now, I didn't do anything just now from last failed. Did you fixed the compile server issue?

Recently, our editor always keeping upgrades on this site, and if some global block is edited, all pages will be re-compiled, so maybe your compile server has some logics that if there are more than xxxx pages compile per day, it will block the requests to connect to your server?
As when I got those error earlier today, Both Brizy feeds in WordPress Dashboard and the Brizy Start Templates all returns error with CURL timeout for 5000 ms.

Hi Ren,
The current performance of your website from Hongkong, China looks reasonably good on GT Metrix. Here is the report https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.zedyer.com/CPnwvE8t/

It is likely that the compiler was overloaded for a while and it started functioning normal again.

Hi KC,
Thank you for your reply. Why it's so quickly, as I used LiteSpeed Cache for all pages. However, it seems recently your server is not very stable. Now I have 2 questions:
1. you can see below screenshot, Every time I reload each WordPress admin page, it has related API calls, and response very slowly.
2. Now I edited very small things directly in WordPress such as title and description, it seems the page will submit to your server to re-compile, and also the compile response still cost longer time. My question is that can we reduce the compile time and speed up the compile time?
Regards,
Ren Kun

Also once I cleaned the page cache, or upgrade a WordPress plugin, even none page is changed, then all page will send to re-compile, and it will be loaded very very slowly for each page. I think it's not with a good logic, or maybe you can provide a setting for to set the compile at right time. It's not acceptable that for a user visit a page loading for half minutes. Please have a look as below:

Hi Ren,
- I have attempted to reproduce this issue at my end. When I reload a WordPress admin page, I see a single HTTP request to https://brizy.tech/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1699530313.0229170322418212890625
- How did you edit the Title and Description of a page? Please give us instructions on how to reproduce this issue. We will investigate it

Hi KC,
1. After I upgraded Brizy Pro to the newest version, it seems when I goto WP-admin, it will not ask to check brizy license for every page.
2. I edit page title and description with WordPress original page editor.
3. However, When upgrade plugins, or Purge Caches, it still need to compile all pages. Is it same in your-end?Thank you,
Ren Kun0 -
Hi Ren,
2. In the Gutenberg Editor, I do not see an option to add a Page Description. Hence I am not sure how to reproduce the issue at my end.
3. The screenshot you shared appears to originate from the Chrome Dev Tools' Network tab. It's still unclear, though, what steps we need to follow in order to replicate the problem. Could you please make us a video?

Hi KC,
Today, I added a template in Brizy (for Blog detailed page). After I added, it seems all pages in the website needs to be re-compile. And your server response very very slow, and seems never successfully. so the whole website pages is down, and keep loading and no response. I hope you can resolve below problems:
1. Why added a new template, it will trigger all pages needs to be re-compiled;
2. Why are your server always so slowly? Maybe there is some logics you block my server for some while if there are many page compile concurrence? As in the mean while, I used my another site the compile is faster (response in about 20 seconds);
3. Can you make a way that if your compile server is not responded, the web pages should be always there?

Now some page can be compiled from your compile server. But still not so fast as before (always in 20 seconds), and some pages always timeout and still need try several times.
The problem is that once your compile server is not responded, all website page is down, and it wasted money for SEM, also very bad for SEO... I think this is very urgent problems. I cannot accept every week there is near 10 more hours website is down.
Hope you can spend more time to this problem. Also from other tickets, I also saw many others also has some problems with compile issue.
Thank you,
Ren Kun

I temporary resolved the problem by edit const "WP_HTTP_TIMEOUT" from 30 to 60 in file wp-content/plugins/brizy/config.php.
However, I still want to get the 3 problems to be answered.

Hi Ren,
Thanks for the update.
Regarding your questions:
1. When a new template is added in Brizy, it triggers a recompilation of the page. This is necessary because Brizy needs to update the dynamic content pulled from the posts. After the pages are reloaded for the second time, recompilation will no longer occur.
2 and 3, I understand your concerns about server speed. However, based on my tests in a local environment, I am unable to reproduce the issue. As shown in the below screenshot, the server response is 200 OK, and it took approximately 5.8 milliseconds to complete the request.

It's possible that there may be other factors contributing to the slower response on your end.
To resolve the cURL 28 error, I recommend trying the steps suggested in the following links:
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to let me know.

Hi Ariel,
Thank you for your reply.
#1, I added the new template which is not related to any existing templates or pages. So maybe in brizy setting page, you can add some options for special pages or templates to re-compile or not?
So if my website has 500 pages, I do NOT need to re-compile all at the same time. And also it will save your server resources.
#2 & #3, I'm not sure why sometime it's so slowly in my-end. Commonly it's in 20 seconds, and even faster. But it seems sometime it's very very slow, especially your mid-night time. I think there may be 2 possibilities:
a. It seems you are using AWS instances, and you reduced the instances nodes in your mid-night?
b. Maybe your server has some logics to block or set lower priority while there are more compile requests at the same time?
Also as you said with the 2 links, it's helpless, I already did related configuration at the beginning while build the website. I'm very good at PHP & server configuration. As I said, const "WP_HTTP_TIMEOUT" is hard coded, and it's set as the brizy compile default timeout value.
Anyway, what I want is just make sure the website is stable, I do NOT want the website is down while the day-time our editor is working on the website pages. I hope you can deeply research that...0 -
