Carousel not showing

Hi,

We are having some trouble using the carousel, in chrome if we are logged we see correctly the carousel, but if not it isn't displayed and we found a huge white space, also happen in safari. 

In brizy editor, all seems to be fine and display is ok.

Any ideas to solve this?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please try the following and see if this will help.

  1. Try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this will resolve the issue.
  2. If switching themes, didn't help, also try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro, and see if this makes any difference.
  3. This could also occur if you have embedded codes into your pages. If this is the case, please try to temporarily remove them and see if this fixes the issue.

  If all the above fails, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io
