refund for subscription

The card you have on file was lost/replaced with new card months ago so im not sure how it was billed, so i figured the cloud subscription would be terminated since payment should not go through. i don't want to renew this brizy cloud subscription. The subscription was auto renewed today. here is the order number

I ended up going with brizy wordpress instead.
