Custom Anchor Links

I am baffled at how to reach the menu page you show how to set up anchor links in menus. You state:  Step 1. Go to settings> Menu and select the menu you want to add custom links to. How do I get to that page? I've added a screenshot of it. There is no way to it through settings in Brizy that I can see, or am I missing something? Please advise how I get to this page!

  We apologize for the inconvenience. This document was 3 years old. During this period, the Brizy user interface changed. I have updated the document. Please have a look at How to create custom anchor links in Menus to link to specific blocks in the page

  Hello,
  Here's my problem, I have no idea where CMS is or how to get to it - can you please tell me how to get the CMC hamburger? The rest will be easy for me!

  Hi Mike,

  As I have mentioned to you in your Facebook post, https://www.facebook.com/groups/brizy/posts/1418702265560308/ the document you were referring to How to create custom anchor links in Menus to link to specific blocks in the page is about Brizy Cloud. The aforementioned instructions are not relevant for you since you do not use Brizy Cloud.
