Can't access email option, does not stop loading
Hi, I am trying to add and email address to our contact page, but the email option is not loading. It tried different browser, but still the same issue. I tried for 3 different sites, but the same issue. See attached image. Thanks for your help :-), Ralf

Sorry about that, did you also try using another browser and see if this makes any difference? In case you're using Safari, please try using Chrome or Firefox.

I can access it now, but now have another issue: as you know this happened to 4 different sites. Now we can access it, but for some reason it adds the same content to all 4 different sites. When I change in one site, it does it for all the other 3 sites. Not sure, why they are connected.I think this was caused by duplicating a previous site / LP. I just checked another one I duplicated and there is the same issue.Do I need to add a new element to fix that, or can you fix it from your end?Here a screenshot of what I mean with "content":Here you can see the 4 different sites in my account.0 -
We just fixed it by copying each contact element.
Question for the future: as said before we duplicated an entire site to create those 4 new landing pages. Do we need to take into account any issues next time we do it? Are the 4 landing pages now fine and no other issues wiil arise?

Could you, please try to duplicate the form on these websites? - https://prnt.sc/D0zkPzHbGik7
The forms should reset once you have duplicated them, so you can set them up separately. After this, you can delete the original form.Please try this and let me know how it goes.

Looks like we worked on the same time on that. Yes, it worked. All fine now.
Just re my last question re duplicating sites: Do we need to look at other issues when duplicating a site besides of this contact form issue?
