Project Not Configured error

Dear Support, 

 

I have an urgent issue. 

 

I have a custom domain pointed to my brizy cloud website. DNS settings are all reported ok. 

 

When use “www” the page loads fine. If I exclude “www” the browser displays "Project not configured”

 

Domain: zoesvilla.com 

 

 

I have removed the domain and re-added again and same issue.
