Brizy Pro License Suddenly Deactivates

    Hi Steven,

The two entries of https://uppage.us/ you see in your license could be from

    1. The previous instance of WordPress
    2. The current instance of WordPress after you have restored from a backup

Please disable both entries of uppage.us from your Brizy.io account and then install the license one more time on https://uppage.us/ and check if this issue gets resolved.

    Hi KC,

It seems that the staging site has issues too. So we generated a new license instead for the staging and live site. We'll update you soon if something happens. Thank you so much!

    Hello KC!
For some reason, we cannot reply to your email at Brizy support. Where could we send the credentials? The deactivation of Brizy license recently occurred again though.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, I cannot do that since that email is already replaced by steve@uppage.us. Can I send the login credentials here though? Thanks KC!
