Hi, I signed up for Brizy but haven't used the cloud since signing up. I didn't realize that I couldn't use the cloud version with the regular Wordpress.org version (if I'm understanding it correctly?).

My client already has Brizy and I was trying it out as well. I loved the ease of use but still don't know which option is better, so I'd rather cancel and try out the free version more to decide if I want to switch to the OTHER pro annual version (not the cloud option).

Can I still be refunded? I haven't used it since the day or so after signing up for it.

  If you prefer to use WordPress, then you can switch to Brizy WP - https://www.brizy.io/pricing

  About the refund, I assume that you purchased it on or before the 12th of April. If so, you are still within the 30-day refund period.

  You can try Brizy WP for free, but you can do more with the Pro version.
