    Hi Rosa,

The mobile version looks like this at my end https://jmp.sh/qCeyA3eM Does it look similar on your iPhone? Can you share a screenshot from your side? Can you specify the differences?

    Hi Rosa,

I see these when visiting the other two pages. Do these pages look different at your end?

I am sorry; I still could not understand the problem you are facing. Can you share a screenshot if your design looks different from these pages?

    Hi Rosa,

If your website is hosted with SiteGround, please deactivate SG Optimizer plugin in your WordPress Dashboard and check if the problem resolves.

    Hi Rosa,

Thank you for the update.  I assume that you wanted to get rid of the hamburger icon in mobile and tablet view. Since you only have two links at the bottom, perhaps it's best not to use the Menu element, instead you can make a new block, use the Text element and create links for your menu items - https://prnt.sc/kRL6nSQkg5os

If you want this block to appear on all pages, you can make it a global block.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

good morning, I've been trying all day to save the Header at the top and put it global, but it doesn't save and it doesn't work, it continues to show the page loading but it doesn't finish, I had to remove it and now I'm trying to put it back, I disabled all the Plug-ins and with sitegound I activated the Cache but the site doesn't work well

    Hi Rosa,

I do see some changes in your design. Here is how your homepage now looks now on a desktop and mobile

The reason why you are not seeing your changes in the frontend could be because of server side caching. Please disable Dynamic Cache, Memcached and Object cache while you are developing your website in your hosting account with SiteGround. When you go live, you can enable all the cache again.

    Hi Rosa,

I could sign into your WordPress Dashboard. However I do not have access to admin menus like Pages,  Plugins, Appearance, etc. To offer this help, I need access to these sections of your Dashboard. Can you please check the role you have assigned to me?

    Hi Rosa,

In the homepage, you did not have a header block. The menu was added to the hero block. I have now added a header block and moved the menu to the header. I have also added a negative margin to the hero block to extend the background image to the top of the header block.

Even though the footer was made a global block on the home page, Display Condition was not set to display the footer on all pages. I have now added the Display Condition and the footer is now a global block.

When trying to make the header block global, the page produces an error "the server responded with a status of 500 ()" and cannot access the file /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Here is a screenshot of the error https://jmp.sh/iPjMuyYi WordPress uses the admin-ajax.php file to refresh the page’s contents without reloading it, thus making it dynamic and interactive to the users. Since this file is not accessible, the header block could not be made global.

Please take the help of the SiteGround Support team to fix the issue of the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file being inaccessible. You can share the above screenshot with them. Once they fix the issue, you can make the header block global.

When the header block becomes global, please set an appropriate negative margin for the hero block of each page in the desktop, tablet and mobile design views. If you need help with these, please let us know. We will do this for you.

I apologize, but I contacted siteground and they tell me they can't find anything, I can't add a header or make a block global on that site, can I move it to another wordpress account and try to edit it from there? otherwise I'd rather have a refund of my brizy plan and look elsewhere

    Hi Rosa,

The reason why you can't make the header block global is due to the admin-ajax.php file being blocked. We don't have control over this PHP file on your hosting server. Only the hosting support can help fix this issue. If you give us access to your SiteGround account, we can interact with their support and help resolve this issue. Here is the procedure. How can I add users to my website? You can use this email: communitysupport@brizy.io

You can also consider the option of saving the header block and reusing it on all your pages. Since you have only 4-5 pages, this approach can work for you.

If you move this project to another WordPress instance, where the admin-ajax.php file is not being blocked, you can make your header block global.

If you are within the first one month of an annual subscription plan, you are eligible for a refund. Please confirm if you need it.
