    Hi Lenie,

    Thank you for the update.

    Upon checking, the issue appears to be coming WP Fastest Cache.
    Please try to temporarily disable CSS/JS minification in the settings, purge the cache and see if this will help resolve the issue.
    If this doesn't help, try to temporarily disable WP Fastest Cache plugin and see if this makes any difference.

    Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thanks for your reply. I tried to disable CSS/JS and it did not help. Also deactiviating the plugin dit not work.
    What else can I do?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please also try the following and see if this will help.

    Try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this will resolve the issue.
    If switching themes, didn't help, also try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro, and see if this makes any difference.
    If all the above fails, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io

    Please revise the credentials, and so we can inspect your site.

    Meanwhile, in case this is a newly migrated website from another hosting provider, please use the Replace URL tool and see if this addresses the issue - https://prnt.sc/iXwtzWslftlU

    Unfortunately, we still can't log in to your site using these credentials.

    Please try installing this plugin instead to create a temporary user and send us the link to access your site. You may set the link to expire in 72 hours.  We will keep the link private.
