yea. I don't see why it wouldn't be working. I've set disqus up and it was working before. Now its not and i haven't changed anything in the disqus settings.

I still can't get disqus to work at all on my website. I've literally read through all of the help docs in Disqus. I've made sure the shortname is correct. I've made sure it's a trusted site in Disqus. But it still doesn't work. Whenever I add it to a page in the builder and put the shortname in, the comment box will load with emojis and the icon for my brand. But then it won't load on the live page. I don't understand what's going on? I don't have a subscription for Disqus so i can't contact them directly. But I don't think the problem is with Disqus. Can you please help? It happens on every single page.

    Hi Zach,

    Thanks for the update.

Following the instructions we provided in the above link, we were able to make it work on this page - https://quince19897199.brizy.site/

To configure the script correctly, please follow these steps:

    1. Set the value of `this.page.url` to your site's URL, making sure to enclose it with single quotes. Also, remove the trailing comment "// Replace PAGE_IDENTIFIER with your page's unique identifier variable" to avoid any syntax errors.
    2. Assign a value to `this.page.identifier` using any random ID. Don't forget to remove the trailing comment as well.

Let me know if you need any further assistance!

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Zach,

    Thank you for the update.

It seems we have a compatibility problem with Disqus. Our developers are already aware of this issue and working on a solution.

I apologize for any trouble this has caused. Rest assured; I will reach out to you immediately once there's a new development.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
