I cant access all website under brizy cloud
hey, I cant access all website under brizy cloud.
check it > https://swiy.co/blokir
I identified this maybe the problem because I accessed it from Indonesia. I have tried several internet providers here and the results are the same
but when using VPN these sites can be accessed
is my country blocking IP Brizy or is there another possibility?
please help
-
Hi Willy,
Thank you for contacting us.
This is to confirm that we can access all three websites.
Could you please try to create a new website using the *.brizy.site domains and see if you can access it?
If the issue still occurs, could you please confirm if you have any security software running on your computer and temporarily disable it and see if this resolves the issue?
Also, try changing your DNS to use Google DNS, instructions are found at this link:
https://www.hellotech.com/guide/for/how-to-change-dns-server-windows-macPlease try this and let me know how it goes.
We also checked your agency domain at https://www.comparitech.com/privacy-security-tools/blockedinturkey/. As per this service, your domain is not blocked in Turkey.Best regards,
Ariel H.0 -
no, I can't access sites with the suffix .brizy.site
I also cannot access the website using several providers and several devices (windows, ios, android).
but as I said, I can access with VPN
there is no problem with security, because I ask my customers from Indonesia, they also cannot access our website.
Did you try accessing with a VPN in Indonesia, for example Jakarta?
changing DNS does not solve the main problem, because our market is unlikely to have to change their DNS first before accessing my site.
is there any other solution?
Thank you.

Hi Willy,
We appreciate your patience.
I got feedback from one of our senior support staff members. Regrettably, our domain (*.brizy.site) has been blocked by local firewall.
https://www.itu.int/net4/wsis/archive/stocktaking/Project/Details?projectId=1487170890
One solution that we can offer is to upgrade your subscription to an Agency package, so you can connect your own domain.
Additionally, you have the option to switch to Brizy WP, which allows you to choose a hosting company that is not restricted in your country.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,

I've been your customer for almost 3 years and the agency plan is still too expensive for me. Because 80% I use brizy cloud for internal needs
Brizy sync is not for me right now, because I still need to buy a hosting services, not to mention of maintenance, security, etc. Thats the reason im using saas like brizy cloud.
Is there another solution?

Hi Willy,
Yes; you could consider this third option
- Buy a domain name
- Create sub domains
- Publish your websites on your subdomains
Let me elaborate each step with an example.
1. Buy a Domain
For example, let's say you buy the domain willymerdiansyah.info from https://www.ionos.com/
2. Create Sub domains
You create sub domains free of cost at https://my.ionos.com/. Please have a look at this screenshot https://jmp.sh/n4OZbWIs- project1.willymerdiansyah.info
- project2.willymerdiansyah.info
- project3.willymerdiansyah.info
3. Publish websites on your sub domains
Publish your websites using the above sub domains following the procedure in this document. Custom sub domain (CNAME Redirect)

To be clear, so now I can't connect my main domain to brizy Cloud unless I upgrade to Agency?

Hi Willy,
The third option I have discussed above can be implemented with the Brizy Pro Studio plan. You do not need to upgrade to the Agency plan.
If you already have a domain, please use the domain with Brizy Cloud. Most domain registrars allows you to create sub domains free of cost.
If you do not have a domain, then you can consider the option of buying a new domain. Your total cost for this option would 1$ for the first year (if you go with https://www.ionos.com/) and for the subsequent years, the cost of the domain you pay to your domain registrar.

Sorry, I don’t get it George
1. I ask about Main Domain not a sub domain
2. I’ve several subdomain connected with cloud, like msb.bisnix.com and it’s still not accessible0 -
Hi Willy,
- Yes, the same applies to main domain as well. With Brizy Cloud, main domains and sub domains are treated as custom domains. You can connect your main domains without upgrading to the Agency Plan (if you continue to subscribe to the Brizy Cloud Studio plan)
- https://msb.bisnix.com/ is accessible from India. Do you think the this domain is blocked in Turkey? I guess you will have to use domains which are not in the block list of the Turkey ISPs.

George, I appreciate Your help - really
But maybe you can Re-reading my problem above
Im not in India or Turkey, but Indonesia
I cant access all my web that pointed to brizy

Hi Willy,
Sorry about that.
I've asked my direct supervisor and see if there's something that can be done on our end. Unfortunately, there's not much we can offer at this time, since any website that uses the CNAME *.brizy.site is blocked in your country.
Meanwhile, perhaps you can try to contact the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology to request the whitelisting of your websites.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
