I just bought Personal Cloud AND I HAVE TRIED to upload a landing page and it gives me an error.

  If you are trying to import a Brizy Cloud premade template, please visit the URL https://www.brizy.io/templates, hover your mouse over the design you would like to import and click on the option 'Start With This Design'.   I am referring to a landing page that I made with pumafy and now uploading it from my computer to Brizy cloud gives me an error.

  Hi Bruno,

  Please check the URL https://apple19054000.brizy.site/. Is this the layout you wanted to import from Pumafy? I have imported it to one of your projects and named it 'Plus Medical'  

   

  Does this resolve your issue or are you asking for something else?

  No, it's one that I have in zip format on my computer.

  Hi Bruno,

  I attempted to import a saved layout into one of your projects. I encountered the error 'Something went wrong' and could not import the layout. I have escalated this issue and we will get back to you with an update when we have more information.

  Importing of saved blocks work fine on your projects. While we are looking into this issue, you could try this.

  • Open the landing page in the Pumafy builder
  • Save each block by clicking on the heart icon.
  • Download blocks one by one to your computer
  • Import blocks one by one into your Brizy Cloud project

  Hi Bruno,

  Could you try importing the layout block by block as I had suggested above? If you could not, please specify the 'Workspace', 'Project Name' and 'Preview URL' of the project in Pumafy you want to import. We will import it into your Brizy Cloud Dashboard.
