Brizy Contact Form copied to another page but the two forms share the same email subject
Dear Brizy support,
I created a contact form, tested and it's been working. The client requested a similar form with a few additional fields and a different subject. I cloned the page in Wordpress and then went to Brizy to edit it; I changed the form subject and added a few fields, and published and tested. It seemed to work great...Until we realized that when we changed the subject of the 2nd (copied) form, it was changing the subject from the original contact form (!) So, it's like they are connected somehow, but it makes no sense. Why did this happen, and how do I make the forms unique to have their own subject (so that we know which forms came from which page)

Hi Barry,
Can you please try this approach and see if this makes a difference?
- Save the block with the original form by clicking on the heart icon. See the attached image.
- In the duplicated page, import the block you have saved in Step 1
- Add the additional form fields and in the Email Notification settings, fill up the desired Subject, From Name, From Email etc.
- Check if the original and the duplicated forms can have different subject lines.
If this resolves the problem, delete the previously created form.
