Refund for website plugin
Hello, I purchased a website plug in and it did not work, after several hours of trying to get it to work I was forced to buy the cloud option, that once finally worked, but since I am not using the plug in any longer I want to request a refund of the yearly subscription I paid. Both subscriptions are under this same email.
As stated before I want a refund for the PLUG IN, I am going to keep using the CLOUD BASED PLATFORM.
