WooCommerce product page template not loading

Hi, I'm creating a template for my WooCommerce product-detail page, I have a bunch of products already published but while creating my template I can't get any preview, just grey boxes... Desn't matter what's the element, title, gallery, price, or whatever. I can't even fully edit those elements cause I don't get to see anything but grey boxes any suggestions on what's wrong?
I am using WP 6.2 with Brizy Pro 2.4.17 and WooCommerce 7.6.0, tried several themes and already tried to reinstall Brizy... any help?

    Hi Francesco,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please try the following and see if this will help.

    1. Try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this will resolve the issue.
    2. If switching themes, didn't help, also try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy, Brizy Pro and WooCommerce, and see if this makes any difference.
    3. This could also occur if you have embedded codes into your pages. If this is the case, please try to temporarily remove them and see if this fixes the issue.

    If all the above fails, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io

    I tried your suggestions, but none of them worked (the only improvement I got is breadcrumbs).

    Hi Ariel,
    I was using PHP 7.4.33

    I just updated PHP 8.2.4 (the latest available on my SiteGround) but nothing changed.

    Hi Francesco,

    The error "client denied by server configuration" implies that access to the directory on the file system was denied by an Apache configuration. Please have a look at ClientDeniedByServerConfiguration

    Can you please report these errors to SiteGround support and ask then to look into this? They may need to make some changes to the Apache Configuration files to fix this issue. Once these errors are fixed, please check if the Brizy Product template shows the preview in the Brizy editor.

    Again, I'm sorry I'm not technical and I don't really understand all this...
    Still, I contacted SiteGround customer support, here the info I got:
    the access to https://dolceshawarma.de/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/ is blocked by a deny from all rule in a htaccess file in the same folder... if you believe that the plugin needs to access the woocommerce_uploads folder you can enter in it and rename the htaccess file this way it will be accessible and you can test if this will resolve the issue

    They also checked the php_errorlog file in which are registered the errors that get generated on the site itself on application level and there I see that since the 10th of April there is this error [10-Apr-2023 16:21:06 UTC] Cron reschedule event error for hook: brizy-cloud-synchronize, Error code: invalid_schedule, Error message: Event schedule does not exist., Data: {"schedule":"5minute","args":[],"interval":300}

    Thank you for the update.

    I made a copy of your website in my local test environment and I can also reproduce the issue, so I tried to export your WooCommerce data into a newly installed WordPress site with Brizy and WooCommerce.  This worked in the new installation.  It appears that the issue is related to your WordPress installation.
    The issue may require you to re-install WordPress, including the rest of your plugins.

    Before re-installing WordPress, you can backup / import your current database following the steps on this link:

    I have this problem also. Seems like nothing works in Brizy. AT ALL. So I guess I need to uninstall my wordpress and all of my plugins because this issue is not resolved in how many years?
