    Hi Tiberiu,

It appears that you have a background image and a background video. Can you delete the background image and use only a background video and check again?

Already tried this, and the image shouldn't be a problem, while on the other websites, it works fine. I want to keep it for mobile.

Made another block and tried to add a video background, without any image, but still not working.

May the problem occur while the website has multiple languages?

Also noticed translation doesn;t work, I've manually translated the website.

    Thanks

    Hi Tiberiu,

    Thank you for the update.

Upon checking, the cookie bot script, found in the code injection tab, is blocking the video element in preview.
To resolve this issue, you will need to generate a new cookie that allows the YouTube video to play.
You may need to reach out to the authors of this cookie code, so they can help you modify the code snippet. For now, the video plays in the front end without the cookie code.

We also added one block with the cover image for tablet and mobile only.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
