Hi, we bought a wordpress plan but we actually needed a Brizy cloud plan. Can it be upgraded?

Have no clue how to use wordpress.

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade, but you can request a cancellation and refund so that you can re-purchase the right plan.
