Custom Domain - website is not loading

More than 48 hours ago I connected my domain to the custom domain. I entered "A" (not duplicated) and "Cname" correctly in the DNS manager on my hosting service (Hostinger). My website still doesn't load. In some attempts, it shows an "SSL" error and in others, the server page appears (images below). I ask for help. My domain: www.raizfortecomunica.com.br

  Hi Ana,

  We apologize for the inconvenience.

  A DNS lookup of your domain shows that apart from the A Record you have added, it also has a AAAA Record with the IP: 2a02:4780:13:905:0:1a7b:9406:1. Please delete the AAAA Record from your domain records.

  

  In your Brizy Cloud Dashboard, please delete your custom domain, add it again and wait for an half an hour for the SSL certificate to be auto generated
