I have a lifetime subscription but need to add hosting to one site

I have a lifetime subscription to Brizy Cloud but needed to add hosting to one client site on my account. When it said I needed to upgrade to publish a custom domain (https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuA6eo1). So, I clicked on that button and purchased a month of the personal plan (https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBurz47Q), but it's still not allowing me to publish a custom domain and is saying I need to upgrade. In addition, I had 5 Workspaces in my account (I believe the Lifetime deal allowed quite a bit more than 5 workspaces). But now, when I go to the workspace menu, it's saying I need to upgrade to create a new workspace (https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuKL8A2). So it looks like the Personal plan is now overriding the lifetime deal I had? Can you help sort this out? All I'm looking to do is figure out how to publish this one custom domain, while also keeping the features of my lifetime deal.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Upon checking, your Lifetime subscription is for Brizy WP - https://jmp.sh/kDs4fATl

    In your current Brizy Cloud plan, it appears that you already have published two websites ( con********.co and  col***********n.com) which is why you can no longer publish additional domains.

    If you prefer to use Brizy Cloud, you will need to upgrade your subscription to Freelancer to add more domains.

    Okay, that makes sense about publishing the websites.

    However, the lifetime deal wasn't specific to Brizy WP. I should be able to "create new projects and you will still have access to the PRO features in Brizy Cloud (except linking custom domains with your websites)." That quote came from this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/8841397522961

    So I should still have access to those PRO features (e.g. adding multiple workspaces/projects), correct?

    In your current plan, you have 1 workspace, but you can create multiple projects on our domain - https://prnt.sc/plO5Zq7KfiSg
