    I attest that Basharat Reyaz works with us in the customer service department. If you prefer, you can create a user in your WordPress Dashboard with support@brizy.io instead of his Gmail address.

    Did you send the credentials to support@brizy.io? Normally you receive an automated reply from this email. Please check the automated reply and let me know the ticket number mentioned in the email.

    Without the ticket number, its difficult to check if we received your email. Let me suggest an alternate solution.

    In your WordPress Dashboard under SG Optimizer - Frontend - JavaScript tab, please disable the option "Minify JavaScsript Files" and check if the images start showing on mobile devices. Please see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/zCgTD3jw

    If this does not help, then please add the credentials in reply to the Support Email with the ticket number 23332 (instead of sending a new email)
