issue with video uploading
Hi im contacting you to find a solution for the following issues. I point out that I already have a pro subscription.
1. When I try to upload a custom video a pop up appears telling it's "undefined" (I tried both mp4, m4v and mov formats also.) So it's basically impossible for me to show up my background video.
2. I tried also to upload the video via youtube link, but if I activate the loop switch it stops working.
3. Is it possible to upload a video in the Brizy cloud storage and then link it via url inside my website?
looking forward for some suggestion, thank you in advice.

1. Brizy Cloud has an upper limit of 5MB size for custom videos and it is not a video streaming platform. Hence custom video may not be the best option to add a background video.
2.YouTube videos normally work well with the loop option enabled. Please see this page where I have enabled the loop option for the background video. https://restaurant1.brizy.site/background
3. Instead of uploading a video to Brizy Cloud, you can upload it to https://adilo.com/, https://cloudinary.com/ or https://publit.io/ and add it as a background to your block.
