Brizy has Gone Completely Off-Line on Site

On my largest and most important site, https://synergy-americas.com, Brizy completely refuses to load, it is as though all of the data has disappeared. There does not appear to be any plugin conflicts, for I have turned off everything but Brizy, Brizy Pro and Classic Editor. 

Please HELP! I have your credentials for login ready to go.

  Hi Michael,

  To troubleshoot this issue, we will need to disable multiple options on your website including deactivating plugins temporarily and your website can become unavailable during this time. Hence troubleshooting on a live site is not recommended. Can you create a staging site? 

  You have mentioned "Brizy has Gone Completely Off-Line". and "Brizy completely refuses to load". Can you please describe the issue you are facing in more detail? 

  • What do you see when you try to edit a page with Brizy?
  • Do you see an error? Do you see something else? 
  • Can you share a screenshot or do a screen recording to demonstrate the issue?
