    My colleague Basharat asked you why you were canceling after we had received your request. We hadn't canceled your subscription as we haven't heard from you.

    Your subscription is now canceled and your last payment of €53.55 has been reimbursed. Within seven to ten business days, this amount should be credited to your payment method.
