Domain not linking to published site

Hi there, 

I have a site that won't publish after the prescribed amount of time to propagate. I changed the DNS records to the Brizy IP and Cname sub-domain, but my site won't redirect to the correct server. 

The domain in question is https://www.gridvolt.co.za/ (lime18940234.brizy.site). 

My three other sites with Brizy Cloud are connected without any issues. Would it be possible to receive some assistance with this issue?

  Hi Matthew,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Upon checking, it appears that your DNS is currently under the management of voxdns.co.za.

  It's possible that the configuration may be inaccurate, leading to your domain not directing to your Brizy Cloud site. I suggest getting in touch with your DNS service provider to receive guidance on correctly configuring the DNS. As of now, there are no CNAME records, and the A DNS record appears to be incorrect.
