I cancelled 2 days ago - my account is still active

I will be doing a chargeback if the transaction goes through. Paddle is aware that I cancelled. This is not good service to not honor cancellations like this.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Cancellation of subscription only means that future renewals are cancelled. Your account will not be deleted, and your plan will remain active until the expiry.
