contact form not working

on my site https://catering-strategies.com/ my contact form not working. 

i have latest Brizy plugin versions as well.

  Hi Tatsiana,

  When filling out the form on your homepage, the message "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate" appears. Please have a look at this screenshot: https://jmp.sh/mpqs3JjQ Make sure that the username and password are provided correctly if you are sending email notifications via the SMTP option. 

  Please also test your SMTP server settings using https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test before using it with a Brizy Form. Any errors in your SMTP settings will be highlighted using red letter texts on this page.
