My Brizy Cloud Agency account is inactive - can you please activate it again?

  Hi Benny,

  I could access your Brizy Cloud Agency Dashboard and see your projects. Can you share more details about the problem you are facing? If possible share a screenshot or make a screen recording to help us understand the problem better.

  Custom domain is not active - it says "UPGRADE". I thought that was part of my subscription.

  Please hit the three dots when you hover your mouse in one of your projects and click on Activate.

  Hi Benny,

  I have looked at your Brizy.io account. Your Agency Cloud plan was last renewed on Aug 22, 2023. This renewal would have given you access to Pro features till September 19, 2023. Since your subscription was not renewed in September, it expired. That is the reason you cannot publish using custom domains.

  Please sign into your brizy.io account and check the Payments option under the Accounts tab

  The problem is that my card expired. How do I get access to Pro features again? I would like to continue with my $49 a month, not to renew at $69 a month.

  Hi Benny,

  Since you have not cancelled your plan, you can continue to enjoy the benefit of the your existing plan at $49/month. Please sign in to your brizy.io account and under Account - Payments, scroll down to the list of invoices. Next to your last invoice, please click on the 'Update' option to update your Payment Method.

  

  Paddle will attempt to renew your subscription tomorrow, October 27 2023.

  Hi Benny

  Your subscription was renewed with a payment of $49 in the last 24 hours and your Agency Cloud plan is activated. You can publish using Custom Domain again.
