    Hi Philipp,

    If you see that auto renewal is turned off on your account, it indicates that you have cancelled your Brizy Pro subscription. When a user cancels a subscription all data like billing, payment method etc are deleted from our system. Hence reactivating the subscription is not possible.

    Your best option is to purchase a new plan. Once the current plan expires, you will also have to replace your Brizy licenses with the new ones you can generate from the plan you would buy.
