Cannot Access Saved Layout / Cannot Save Layout

Hi!

I can't seem to find the layouts I just saved. When I click on the heart icon, it changes to a spinner and then changes back to a heart, so I'm assuming it was saved. However, when I create a new page and click on the "Saved" tab, all I can see are the saved blocks. Which makes me wonder if it's a layout save issue or simply just an access issue.

Saving blocks and using them in a layout is fine though, it's just the whole page layout that I seem have issues with.
