Can I use my own domain?

  Yes; you can add your domain name to your website. Here is the procedure: Custom domain (A Record Redirect)

  Just try to connect my domain name even with your guide.

  Hello Randy,

  The "Required Data" and the "Current Data" in your "Publish On Your Domain" screen must match for your domain name to point to your Brizy Cloud website. Kindly check your CNAME record. 

  

  In addition to pointing to the Brizy Cloud server, your domain name also points to a Gandi.net server with the IP 217.70.184.38. Please remove the A Record associated with this IP address as well.

  Hi Georges,

  I still encouter the same problem. Don't know where or what to do at this stage?

  here my dashboard of the provider.

  Kindly check with Gandi.net Support for the correct procedure to add the CNAME record? You could fill up their support form at https://helpdesk.gandi.net/hc/en-us/requests/new Please also share with them a screenshot of the Required Data and the Current Data. They should be able to guide you.
