I have a problem with the contact form

Hello! 

Hope this message finds you well. I have a problem with the contact form on my website. I have added an email to send "from and to" yet, when someone uses the form it gives the error of 'the email was not sent'. How do I fix it?

  Hi Mahmood,

  Please check these

  • Have you added a subject for your Email notification? If not please add it.
  • Does your From Email use the same domain as your website? For example, if your form hosted on CNN.com the 'From Email' can be form@cnn.com or info@cnn.com
  • Have you added a From Name? This field should not be left empty.
  • You hosting company should support PHP Mail feature of WordPress for you to send out Email notifications through the WordPress option. Please confirm if your host supports PHP Mail if you are using the WordPress option within Brizy form.

  Can you please also share the URL of the page where you have the contact form?
