Single Page Post Template Issue

Hi Brizy team.

I have created a Single Post Template for a basic single Post. The conditions I set are "Include / Posts / All" with Single checked, not Archive.

Then I create a new Post page, and if I use Wordpress native gutenberg editor it displays correctly within the Brizy Template that I created. This is great because my global header, footer and other template items like my sidebar all display as expected.

But when I creae a new Post page and choose "edit with Brizy", it does not display in the template. It just simply displays the Brizy content block without any template elements, no global header & footer. It is simply not linking to the template.

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi Carl,

    There are two alternate approaches you can follow to set up blog posts with Brizy

    1. The blog post content is initially added in the Gutenberg Editor and you stylize the blog posts using Brizy by developing a Brizy Blog Post template.
    2. You add the blog post content directly in Brizy by clicking on "Edit with Brizy" on any blog post. A blank page will open and you design your blog post using Brizy. Adding the blog post content first in the Gutenberg and later giving it a Brizy design is not necessary in this approach.

    If you follow both the approaches one after the other, the design you have added following the second approach will override your Brizy Blog post template design. If you would like your blog posts to follow your Brizy blog post template design, please add your blog post in Gutenberg and do not edit it with Brizy.

    I have indeed created a Single Post template in Brizy that is working. But the post it's self is where I am having the issue. It will not let me design the actual blog content in Brizy. It only works if I design the Post in Gutenberg. I'd like to be able to have the option to design the actual post in Brizy. Your method #2 is not working for me.

    Hi KC George! Thank you for your excellent help. Your option #2 is not working at all for me. I'm not sure why. I followed you video with no luck.
