Brizy pro cloud - no pro design options on web templates?

Hi, 

I have the Brizy pro cloud subscription but I can't access the pro features on the web templates. Are these part of the subscription? If so, how do I access them?

Or do i need the wordpress pro subscription?

  Hi Charlie,

  Niki has subscribed to Personal Cloud plan which gives her access to 1 project with Pro features and unlimited projects with Free features. You can identify if a project is Free or Pro from the label on the project thumbnail.

  

  You can upgrade a Free project to Pro by selecting the 'Activate' option.

  Thank you for sending that link, as that is not our website. I don't know who created that.  Strange as there is only me.  Is there any history of this particular site, location of the ip address, the date it was first and last created?  This is a little worrying as it is a security breach.

  Back to the subscription.  I bought the Brizy Cloud but I need the wordpress licence. 

  Charlie did ask this earlier, my history is showing that we need the wordpress pro subscription not the cloud subscription.  We need PRO so I have a licence key.

  We create our content directly in our wordpress CMS and use the Brizy Pro plugin which has deactivated.  Therefore our website now has a lot of errors.  

  Please help asap thank you!

  Hi Niki,

  You were originally subscribed to Freelancer WordPress plan and you had switched to the Personal Cloud plan on October 3rd. From today you are again subscribed to the Freelancer WordPress plan. You had generated Brizy Pro licenses for your website https://www.rigsandgigs.com/ in your brizy.io account.

   

  Please sign into your brizy.io account and copy the license key and paste it into your Brizy Pro to activate it. Here is the procedure https://youtu.be/cNknGr8JH6Y?si=BGaTv0v1so-MNdJu&t=89  Please let us know if this fixed the issue.

  Websites https://www.rigsandgigs.com/ and https://quince16317804.brizy.site/ share the same name. The remainder of the text also shares some similarities. The above page was probably created by a team member who has access to your Brizy account. (Why would an outsider create content under your brand's name?)
