Same Layout Design to all blog posts

Hello, I structured 10 blog posts and now I'm going to create the content for each post. Do I need to design each individual post (layout) or is there a way for the same layout to automatically apply to all posts? It's just that having to create a layout every time you create a new post is too much work.
