How can I do a refund request?

    Hi Adriano,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account dashboard.
    2. Click on the "Account" tab.
    3. Select "Payments" from the menu.
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    5. Click on the option to "Request Cancellation".

    It appears that you are currently logged into a different dashboard. In any case, I can help you submit a cancellation request.

    I chose to cancel it cause I wanted to try and maybe remake my Wix website on WordPress, but happens that I didn't like Brizy and WordPress as I do enjoy Wix for now...

    Maybe in the future, I'll join WordPress + brizy again, but for now, it's not for me.

    Anyway, Please if you can help me with submitting a cancellation request, i'll be grateful. Don't know exactly why the dashboard isn't the same as it should.

    I received confirmation that your subscription is now cancelled. You can anticipate the refund to be processed and credited back to your account within 5-7 business days, or even sooner.
