Why do you need to approve questions?
I have had troubles with Brizy before, and am again having an issue with being unable to access my website today, and have been unable to get timely responses. Why do you need to approve trouble shooting questions? If you can't help a customer like myself, perhaps another customer who has experienced the same problems might be able to.
Censoring help questions might seem to indicate that there may be a LOT MORE problems with Brizy than it appears.
Frustrating to not be able to get timely help.
