Password reset - just set up a new account. As I tried to set up password reset with new password details I’m being send through a continuous look where I’m brought back to the same password reset page again and again and again

  Are you able to reset my password so I can log in and change password again??

  Hi Nana,

  Unfortunately, we are unable to initiate a password reset for you. I recommend following the steps outlined in this link to attempt a self-reset: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/forgot-your-password-how-to-recover-a-lost-password-in-wordpress/

  If those steps do not resolve the issue, I would suggest getting in touch with your hosting provider. They have the capability to manually reset your WordPress admin password directly from your database. The process is thoroughly explained in this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Talk:Resetting_Your_Password
  Your hosting provider has access to your database and should be able to assist you in resetting your password.

  Thanks for below but still not sorted. I’m a little frustrated.

  Attached a screen video of what I’m experiencing

  Hi Nana,

  Unfortunately we could not see your video because our help desk system does not support email attachments.

  You had originally signed up with brizy.io using your LinkedIn account. Hence resetting your password is not feasible. Please continue to login to your account using LinkedIn
