Slow sync to Github + Site is Synching message

Hi there.

I'm using Github integration to push into a 3rd party static site hosting.

I'm encountering two issues. When I save my site, it can take 4+ hours before it turns up on Github. I can only deploy when it's on github.

Secondly, the site is stuck with the Site is synching message on it always. It's like it gets pushed to github with that on it.

Please help.
